郑雪平教授治疗功能性肛门直肠痛的经验浅析

A brief analysis about the experience in the treatment of functional anorectal pain of Professor ZHENG Xueping

功能性肛门直肠痛目前在临床中发病率日趋升高,但发病机制尚不明确,缺乏特异性的治疗方法。通过多年的临床总结,郑雪平教授认为该病多为气血不足所致,虚证为主,久病虚实夹杂,并充分运用了中医辨证论治,提出气血并补,通络止痛的治疗方法,为治疗功能性肛门直肠痛提供了新的思路,有较好的借鉴意义。

Functional anorectal pain(FAP)is increasingly rise in the incidence of a disease in clinical practice,but it is not clear about etiology and pathology and there is still a lack of specific treatments.Professor ZHENG Xueping considers the disease is caused by deficiency of qi and blood,more mainly deficiency syndrome and its chronic illness manifests itself as syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess.Professor ZHENG makes full use of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and puts forward the idea of supplementing qi and blood,dredging meridian,and relieving pain,which provides a new idea for the treatment of functional anorectal pain and has a good reference significance.
