推动公共服务的均等化是乡村发展的重要方面。以往乡村服务存在典型的距离衰减现象,并主要依赖本地化的供给模式。对于本地服务基础欠佳、服务资源匮乏的乡村而言,如何提升服务的获得性和可及性,已经成为乡村可持续发展亟待破解的问题。网络的普及和信息通信技术的发展带动了社会工作的新服务范式,为社会工作助力乡村振兴拓展了全新的专业空间。社会工作与信息通信技术的结合不仅带来了不同类型的网络社会工作,也为跨区域的乡村服务传送提供了不同的实践路径。

Promoting the equalization of public services is an important aspect of rural development.In the past,rural services had a typical distance decay phenomenon and formed a territorial supply model.For villages with a poor service infrastructure and lack of service resources,how to improve the availability and accessibility of services has become an urgent issue for rural sustainable development.The popularization of the internet and the development of information and communication technologies have promoted a new service paradigm for social work,and expanded new practice areas for social work to assist rural vitalization.The combination of social work and ICTs has brought different types of network social work,providing different practical paths for the delivery of rural services across regions.
