基于改进CRITIC修正AHP的区域新型城镇化与生态环境耦合协调分析

Coupling coordination analysis of regional new urbanization and ecological environment based on CRITIC modified AHP

为了评价结果既能反映专家经验又可反映客观数据信息,利用CRITIC修正AHP法对指标进行混合交叉赋权,建立了区域新型城镇化与生态环境协调发展测度模型,并以吉林省2009—2018年间数据为例进行了实证分析.结果表明,研究期限内吉林省新型城镇化与生态环境的关系从濒临失调转变为良好协调,其滞后类型也随着时间二者交互变化.通过深入分析吉林省新型城镇化与生态环境协调发展规律提出了相应的政策性建议,可为探索构建吉林省经济社会高质量可持续发展路径提供理论参考.

To make the evaluation result reflect both expert s experience and objective data information,the subjective ranking of experts in the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is modified by using improved criteria importance though intercrieria correlation(CRITIC),and the index is weighted by mixed cross.A measure model of the coupled coordinated development of regional new urbanization and ecological environment was constructed,and an empirical analysis based on date of Jilin province from 2009 to 2018 was made.The results show that jilin province has changed from the new urbanization and the ecological environment near imbalance to the good coordination between them in this decade,and the lagging type also changes interchangeably with time.Through in-depth analysis of the coordinated development law of new urbanization and ecological environment in Jilin Province,some corresponding policy suggestions,which can provide theoretical reference for exploring and constructing the path of high-quality sustainable development of economy and society in Jilin Province,were put forward.
