寿险公司保险代理人培训机制问题研究

Study on Training Mechanism of Insurance Agents in Life Insurance Company

随着保险行业的快速发展,寿险公司对保险代理人整体素质的要求也越来越高,做好培训工作,完善培训机制,可以提升代理人素质,保障每一个保民的合法权益,促进寿险行业健康发展。然而由于行业环境和组织观念的限制,目前寿险行业的培训机制仍存在很多问题,影响行业发展。因此,本文通过分析寿险公司代理人培训问题,针对问题提出合理的解决对策,以期能够为完善寿险公司保险代理人培训机制提供一些借鉴建议。

With the rapid development of the insurance industry,life insurance companies have much higher requirements for the overall quality of insurance agents.Conducting a good training and improving the training mechanism can improve the quality of agents,protect the legitimate rights and interests of every insured,and promote the healthy development of the industry.However,due to the limitations of the industry environment and orga-nizational concepts,there are still many problems in the current training mechanism of the life insurance industry,which affects the development of the industry.Therefore,this article analyzes the problems of life insurance company's agent training,and puts forward reasonable solutions to the problems,hoping to provide some suggestions for improving the life insurance company's insurance agent training mechanism.
