疫情防控常态化下高校朋辈心理内涵式发展研究

Research on connotative development of peer psychology in colleges and universities under normalized epidemic prevention and control

学校心理辅导老师的缺乏无法应对增长的青少年问题,朋辈心理辅导应运而生。疫情防控常态化对高校朋辈心理发展提出新要求:围绕立德树人根本目标,坚持育心与育德相统一;提升岗位胜任力,促进高校朋辈心理工作的稳态与发展;坚持生命立场,推动高校朋辈助人自助与自我成长。面对新要求,高校朋辈心理内涵式发展应包括三重维度:以仁心为根本的动力系统、以仁术为基础的输入系统、以仁人为导向的输出系统。

The lack of school psychological counseling teachers cannot cope with the growing youth problem,and peer psychological counseling came into being.The normalization of epidemic prevention and control puts forward new requirements for the psychological development of college peers.Focusing on the fundamental goal of moral education,we should adhere to the unity of cultivating thought and morality.To promote the steady state and development of peer psychological work in universities,we should improve job competency.To promote self-help and self-growth of college peers,we should adhere to life position.Faced with the new requirements,the connotative development of peer psychology in universities should include three dimensions:the dynamic system based on benevolent mind,the input system based on benevolent skill and the output system oriented by benevolent people.
