不同结香方法所得沉香的抗炎镇痛作用比较研究

Comparative study on the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Chenxiang induced by different methods

目的:研究不同结香方法所得沉香的抗炎、镇痛作用,并进行药效差异比较研究。方法:通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、醋酸致小鼠扭体法进行不同结香方法所得沉香抗炎、镇痛作用的药效学实验。抗炎作用比较肿胀度和肿胀抑制率,镇痛作用比较潜伏期和扭体次数。结果:与空白组相比,不同结香方法所得沉香组均在耳肿胀度和肿胀抑制率上均有极显著差异(p<0.01);与空白组相比,打洞沉香组和火钻结香组在潜伏期和扭体次数上均有极显著差异(p<0.01)。化学结香组、通体结香组和天然结香组在扭体次数上有极显著差异(p<0.01),在潜伏期上存在显著差异(p<0.05)。结论:不同结香方法所得沉香在抗炎镇痛作用上存在差异,其中以天然结香方法所得沉香作用最强,其余人工结香方法所得沉香中火钻结香方法所得沉香抗炎作用最好,打洞结香方法所得沉香镇痛作用最佳。

Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Chenxiang induced by different methods,and to compare the differences in pharmacodynamics.Method:Acetic acid-induced writhing test in mice and xylene-induced mouse ear swelling were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Chenxiang induced by different methods.The swelling degree and swelling suppression rate were used as indexes of anti-inflammatory effects.The latency and writhing times were used as indexes of analgesic effect.Result:Compared with the control group,significant difference(p<0.01) of ear swelling degree and the inhibition rate was found in all Chenxiang groups induced by different methods.Compared with the control group,the significant difference(p<0.01) of latency and writhing times was found in Chenxiang group induced by holing and burning-chisel-drilling.There were significant differences in writhing times(p<0.01) and latency(p<0.05) among Chenxiang groups induced by chemical wounding,whole-tree agarwood-induction technology and natural injuries.Conclusion:Different anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects can be found in Chenxiang induced by different methods.Among them,Chenxiang induced by natural injuries shows the strongest antiinflammatory and analgesic effect.Among Chenxiang induced by the artificial method,Chenxiang induced by burning-chisel-drilling shows the best anti-inflammatory effect,and Chenxiang induced by holing shows the best analgesic effect.
