安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的Meta分析更新

Meta-analysis of Anluohuaxian pills combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis

目的:评价安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库(Wang Fang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)、Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane Library等文献数据库,查找安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的随机对照试验。按照纳入排除标准进行文献筛选,资料提取,并对其进行质量评价,采用Rev Man5.3版软件进行Meta分析。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共有17篇,包括1388例患者。Meta分析结果表明安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦在改善肝功能指标如谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)等方面及肝纤维化指标透明质酸酶(HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(IV-C)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、脾脏厚度等方面均有显著性差异。其中安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗还能改善HBVDNA转阴率。结论:安络化纤丸联合恩替卡韦治疗改善肝纤维化有效性优于对照组,且具有较高安全性,结果可为安络化纤丸治疗肝纤维化提供临床依据。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Anluohuaxian pills combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis.Method:Computer retrieved CNKI,CBM,Wang Fang Data,VIP,Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane Library and other literature databases to find a randomized controlled trial of Anluohuaxian pills combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,literature was screened,data was extracted,and its quality was evaluated.Rev Man5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Result:A total of 17 articles met the inclusion criteria,including 1388 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that Anluohuaxian pills combined with entecavir significantly improved liver function index including ALT,AST,TBIL,etc.,and liver fibrosis index including HA,PCIII,IV-C,LN and so on.Anluohuaxian pills combined with entecavir treatment can also improve the negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA.Conclusion:The efficacy of Anluohuaxian pills combined with entecavir in the treatment of liver fibrosis is better than that of the control group with higher safety.The results can provide clinical basis for the treatment of liver fibrosis with Anluohuaxian pills.
