以SPCM为核心的《中医内科学》形成性评价体系构建与思考

摘要 中医标准化病人(SPCM)不仅具备传统SP的特征与作用,还拥有基础的中医学知识储备。将SPCM考核模式引入《中医内科学》的形成性评价体系,使得教师能够对教学情况和学生学习情况做出更加系统准确的评价,同时需要在SPCM培训、脚本撰写和评价标准等方面体现其客观性和标准化。本教研室将经过规范化培训并考核合格的SPCM运用于本校中医学专业学生《中医内科学》的形成性评价,师生收效甚佳。 Standardized patients of traditional Chinese medicine(SPCM) not only possess the characteristics and functions of traditional SP,but also possess the basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine.By introducing SPCM assessment model into the formative assessment system of Chinese internal medicine,teachers can make a more systematic and accurate assessment of teaching and students’ learning conditions.Meanwhile,it is necessary to reflect the objectivity and standardization of SPCM training,script writing and evaluation standards.We apply SPCM which has passed the standardized training and examination in the formative evaluation of Chinese internal medicine for Chinese medicine major of our school,and have achieved good results.
