The Construction of Government Ruled by Law and Its Promotion Path

党的十八届四中全会为法治政府赋予了新的内涵,而建成法治政府对推进全面依法治国、保障社会公平正义、弘扬社会主义法治精神、全面深化改革、维护国家利益等方面有着重大的意义。文章针对当前我国法治政府建设中存在的问题,提出了实现法治政府建设的路径:提高政府公职人员法治素养、塑造人民群众法治信仰、完善行政立法和执法工作体制、健全法治政府指标考核体系等。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has given a new connotation to the government under the rule of law,and the establishment of a government under the rule of law is of great significance in promoting the comprehensive rule of law,ensuring social fairness and justice,carrying forward the socialist spirit of the rule of law,comprehensively deepening reform and safeguarding national interests.Aiming at the problems existing in the construction of China’s Government under the rule of law,this paper puts forward the ways to realize the construction of government under the rule of law:improving the legal literacy of government officials,shaping the people’s belief in the rule of law,perfecting the administrative legislation and law enforcement system,and perfecting the index evaluation system of government under the rule of law.
