杂质对有机过氧化物热危险性影响研究进展

摘要 有机过氧化物被广泛应用于化工行业,但由于其化学性质活泼,容易发生物质自分解反应从而导致爆炸。该类物质在生产、运输及储存过程中也极易受外界环境因素干扰,当接触到杂质(各类酸、碱、金属及有机溶剂等)时会加速或减缓物质的自分解反应。综述了杂质对有机过氧化物的热危险性影响,通过各动力学参数的变化情况,分析有机过氧化物的热危险性。结果表明:部分无机盐和有机物对有机过氧化物有抑制分解的作用,为相关企业或部门在有机过氧化物的运输、储存条件等方面提供一定的参考。 Organic peroxides are widely used in the chemical industry,but due to their lively chemical nature,they are prone to self-decomposition reactions of substances and cause explosions.This kind of substance is also susceptible to external environmental factors during production,transportation and storage.When it comes into contact with impurities(such as various types of acids,alkalis,metals and organic solvents,et al),it will accelerate or slow down the self-decomposition reaction of the substance.This article reviews the dangerous effects of impurities on organic peroxides,and analyzes the dangers of substances through the changes of various kinetic parameters.The results show that some inorganic salts and organic substances have an inhibitory effect on the decomposition of organic peroxides,which provides a certain reference for the transportation and storage conditions of organic peroxides.
