基于营养日记的自我管理模式在结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者中的应用效果观察

Application of self-management model based on nutrition diary in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer

目的:探讨基于营养日记的自我管理模式在结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:采取方便抽样的方法,选取2019年10月至2020年5月消化肿瘤内科住院的初次接受术后辅助化疗的结直肠肿瘤患者60例为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为干预组31例,对照组29例。对照组接受消化肿瘤内科护理常规;干预组在常规护理的基础上应用营养日记干预,干预2个治疗周期后,对两组患者干预前后营养状况及自我管理能力进行评价。结果:干预2周期后,在营养状况方面,两组PG-SGA评分、BMI及各项营养指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在自我管理能力方面,干预组自我管理总分及日常生活管理、症状管理、医护人员沟通3个维度得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用营养日记能有效提高结直肠癌术后辅助化疗患者自我管理能力水平,但对营养状况的改善效果仍有待进一步研究。

Objective:To explore the application effect of self-management model based on nutrition diary in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:Total 60 patients with colorectal cancer who received adjuvant chemotherapy for the first time in the department of digestive oncology from October 2019 to May 2020 were selected by convenient sampling method.According to the standard of admission,31 patients were assigned to the intervention group and 29 patients were assigned to the control group.The control group received routine nursing model of digestive oncology medical nursing,while the intervention group adopted nutrition diary in addition to routine nursing model.After 2 treatment cycles of intervention,the nutritional status and self-management ability of the two groups were evaluated before and after intervention.Results:After two cycles of intervention,there were no significant differences in PG-SGA score,BMI and nutritional indicators between two groups(P>0.05).In terms of self-management ability,the total score of self-management,daily life management,symptom management and medical staff communication in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutrition diary can effectively improve the self-management ability of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer,and its effect on the improvement of nutritional status remains to be further studied.
