数字资本:中国特色社会主义经济创新发展的重要推力

Digital Capital:the Important Impetus for the Innovation and Development of Socialism Economy with Chinese Characteristics

我国经济创新发展的动能问题是国内学界关注的热点话题。利用数字信息优势培育经济社会发展新动能,是进一步促进中国经济加速发展的重要路向,也是研究数字资本在社会主义社会中的积极作用和对生产方式促进作用的重要问题。数字资本作为资本在数字时代的新样态,在促进社会生产力发展、加快技术进步与革新、推动经济创新发展中具有不可替代的作用。这就需要一方面以马克思主义理论为基础,界定数字资本的内涵,厘清数字资本的内在特征,研究数字资本的作用方式和内在规律;另一方面,探究数字资本对经济创新发展的作用机制,规范数字资本运行,为数字资本推动新时代中国特色社会主义经济创新发展提出策略建议。

The kinetic energy of China's economic innovation and development is a hot topic in domestic academic circles.Using the advantage of digital information to cultivate new momentum of economic and social development is an important way to further promote the accelerated development of China's economy.It is also an important issue to study the positive role of digital capital in socialism society and its role in promoting the mode of production.As a new form of capital in the digital era,digital capital plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of social productivity,accelerating technological progress and innovation,and promoting economic innovation and development.This requires,on the one hand,to define the connotation of digital capital,clarify the internal characteristics of digital capital,study the mode of action and internal laws of digital capital on the basis of Marxist theory.On the other hand,to explore the mechanism of digital capital on economic innovation and development,standardize the operation of digital capital,put forward strategic suggestions for digital capital to promote the innovation and development of socialism economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
