高校辅导员和思政课教师是高校思想政治教育的两支重要队伍,不断提升两者的协同育人水平是高校思想政治教育进一步加强与改进的必然要求,是完善辅导员队伍建设的新手段,是思政课教师个人发展的新举措。在工作中要让协同育人理念入脑入心入行,丰富协同育人方式,加强内涵建设,强化协同育人保障机制,不断促进高校辅导员与思政课教师同向同行,携手并进。

College counselors,ideological and political teachers are two important teams of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.To continuously enhance the level of cooperative education between them is an inevitable requirement for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is also a new means to perfect the team construction of college counselors,and a different measure for the personal development of ideological and political teachers.In daily work,the concept of cooperative education should be put into minds,hearts,and actions.The ways of cooperative education should be enriched,the connotation construction and the guarantee mechanism of cooperative education should be strengthened,so as to continuously promote the concerted efforts of college counselors and ideological and political teachers for common progress.
