全域旅游的发展是体现新发展理念的发展,是推动实施乡村振兴战略的有效载体,是大众旅游时代的必然选择。宁德坚持以新发展理念为指导发展全域旅游,但在发展中存在诸多制约因素。从注重融合发展,培育全域旅游新业态;补齐要素短板,构建全域旅游产业链;优化旅游生态环境,提升全域旅游竞争力;打造特色品牌,增强全域旅游魅力;完善基础设施配套,提高全域旅游服务品质等方面提出对策建议。

The development of global tourism is the development that embodies the new development concept.It's an effective carrier to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and an inevitable choice in the era of mass tourism.Ningde adheres to the development of global tourism under the guidance of the new development concept,and there are many restrictive factors during the development.This article focuses on integrated development and fosters new forms of global tourism;complementing the shortcomings of the elements and building a global tourism industry chain;optimizing the tourism ecological environment and enhancing the competitiveness of global tourism;building distinctive brands and enhancing the charm of global tourism;improving infrastructure facilities and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions on the quality of global tourism services.
