摘要
职业生涯规划课程作为普通高校必修课程,对于广大青年成长成才,认知职业发展目标具有重要意义,能够较好地帮助学生进行自我认知、环境认知、职业认知,能较好地帮助学生挖掘自身潜能,提升就业竞争力,培养职业理念。从当前职业生涯规划课程开展的现状进行分析,外部从市场需求和就业方面进行分析,内部从学生、学校、教学内容等进行分析,厘清职业生涯规划课程存在的主要问题,并从教学内容、教学平台、师资队伍等方面入手,探讨职业生涯规划与创新思维的联系,提出职业生涯规划课程的创新性改革措施,应该以经济发展和社会需求为根本出发点,注重“以人为本”的育人理念,不断丰富教学内容,充分发挥大学生自身能动性,同时以实践性、体验式教学模式开展教学活动,才能更好地培养出具有个性特征的全新人才,从而让更多的毕业生更好地适应社会发展,具备较强的市场就业竞争力和职业能力。
As a compulsory course in colleges and universities,the career planning course is of great significance for the growth of young people and the recognition of career development goals.It can better help students to recognize themselves,environment,and career,and explore their own potential,enhance employment competitiveness,and cultivate career ideals.This article analyzes the current status of career planning course,externally analyzes market demand and employment,and internally analyzes students,schools,teaching content,etc.,to clarify the main problems of career planning course,and starting from the teaching content,teaching platform,faculty,etc.,to explore the relationship between career planning and innovative thinking,and propose innovative reform measures for career planning course.The fundamental starting point should be on economic development and social needs.The“people-oriented”education concept should be emphasized to continuously enrich the teaching content,and give full play to the initiative of college students.At the same time,carrying out teaching activities in a practical and experiential teaching mode can better cultivate new talents with personality characteristics,so that more graduates can better adapt to social development,and possess strong market employment competitiveness and professional ability.
