摘要
为研究外源ABA处理对孔雀草幼苗抗旱性的影响,本文筛选适宜的喷施浓度。以出苗3周后的孔雀草穴盘苗为试材,通过预干旱处理,当基质相对含水量为50%时开始叶面喷施不同浓度的ABA(50 mg/L、100 mg/L、150 mg/L),纯净水为对照,连续7 d。ABA处理第4 d和7 d时,分别测定叶片伤害度、MDA含量、Pro含量、可溶性蛋白含量及POD活性。随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,各处理叶片伤害度、MDA含量、Pro含量及可溶性蛋白含量增加,POD活性增强;喷施一定浓度的ABA能够增强孔雀草幼苗的耐旱性,ABA处理组较CK均能降低叶片伤害度、MDA含量,提高Pro含量、可溶性蛋白含量及POD活性,其中100 mg/L ABA处理下的供测植株抗旱效果最好,处理第4 d和第7 d的各项测定指标与对照都有显著性差异。
To study the effect of ABA on drought resistance of Tagetes patula seedlings and select the appropriate spraying concentration.Three weeks after the emergence of the seedlings,the plug seedlings of Tagetes patula were used as test materials.After pre-drought treatment,ABA of different concentrations(50,100,150 mg/L)was sprayed on the leaves for 7 consecutive days.when the relative water content of the substrate was 50%,and purified water was used as control group.The ingury degree,MDA content,Pro content,soluble protein content and POD activity of the leaves were measured on day 4 and day 7 after ABA treatment.The results showed that with the extension of drought stress time,ingury degree,MDA content,Pro,soluble protein and POD activity of leaves under various treatments increased;ABA spraying at a certain concentration can enhance the drought tolerance of Tagetes patula seedlings.Compared with CK,ABA treatment group can reduce the ingury degree and MDA content of leaves,and improve the content of Pro,soluble protein and POD activity,Among all treatments,the drought resistance effect of the tested plants under 100 mg/L ABA treatment was the best,and there were significant differences between the test indexes on day 4 and Day 7 and the control group.
