纤维素结晶度与粗糙度关系的研究 被引量:2

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CRYSTALLINITY AND ROUGHNESS OF CELLULOSE

摘要 为了提高纤维制品质量或纤维素基复合材料的性能,本文利用"二煮法"工艺,在5种不同碱浓度对废旧木质纤维制品进行纤维素提纯处理,检测纤维素的结晶度,观察纤维素的结构变化,分析纤维素结晶度与其粗糙度的相互关系。研究表明:在一定条件下,碱浓度为20 g/L时,结晶度达到78%。当结晶度达到最高点时,单纤维出现膨胀,导致单纤维的粗糙度出现显著增大。随着纤维素晶形转变及在碱性溶液里降解,其结晶度下降,单根纤维明显减少,其粗糙度也明显降低。 In order to improve the quality of fiber products and the properties of cellulose-based composites,the“two-cooking”process was used to purify the waste wood fiber products under five different alkali concentrations,to detect the cellulose crystallinity,observe the cellulose structural changes,and analyze the relationship between the cellulose crystallinity and roughness.The results showed that the crystallinity reached 78%when the alkali concentration was 20 g/L under a certain condition.When the crystallinity degree reached the highest point,the single fiber expanded,resulting in a significant increase in the single fiber roughness.As the cellulose crystal form changed and degraded in an alkaline solution,its crystallinity decreased,the individual fibers significantly reduced,and the roughness also significantly decreased.
