摘要
以新一代高自动化耙吸挖泥船航浚6009轮为对象,介绍自动化疏浚控制系统在实际施工中的作业原理。针对连云港港30万t级航道二期工程2.1标段工程特点进行典型施工,记录并整理分析施工数据,优化了施工边界控制条件,通过对比“一键式”自动挖泥与人工操耙挖泥的施工效果,认为自动化疏浚控制系统能降低船舶能耗,提高施工效率。
Based on HANG JUN 6009,a new-generation highly automatic TSHD,the working principle of automatic dredging control system in construction was described in detail.As for the characteristics of bidding section 2.1 of Lianyungang port 300,000 t channel phase-2 project,typical construction data were recorded and analyzed,and the control conditions of construction boundary were optimized.By comparing the construction effects of one-button automatic dredging and that of manual dredging,it is believed that the automatic dredging control system can reduce energy consumption of dredgers and improve construction efficiency.
