摘要
在电子信息大发展的当今时代,传统监理工作方法体现出一些不足。而把BIM技术应用于监理工作中,在传统的三维模型添加了时间轴的概念,帮助我们了解不同时间下,BIM整个三维模型的变化,暨在同一时段不同组件的施工进度与状态的变化,从而进行优化和控制,实现可视化、精细化、便捷化、信息完备化的进行项目管理工作,提前了解掌握工程的全貌及预计施工的过程。本文根据BIM技术在某房建施工监理工作中的应用,提出合理化建议,增强了传统监理工作模式的管控能力,协助完成项目管理在执行各阶段时间流程的规划管理,提高了工程质量与施工安全,加快了施工进度,降低了工程成本,达到符合最佳质量及成本的目标。
Some deficiencies of traditional supervision methods are found in the current era of electronic information development.BIM technology is applied in the supervision work,the concept of time axis is added into the traditional 3D model,which help us understand the changes of the whole 3D model under different time conditions through BIM,that is,the variation in the construction progress and state of different components in the same period,so as to optimize and control the construction,make the project management visualized,detailed,convenient and complete informatization,grasp the project overview in advance and estimate the construction process.Based on the application of BIM technology in the supervision of a housing construction,some reasonable suggestions are put forward,which improves the management and control of the project in comparison with the traditional supervision mode,assists the planning and management of the time flow in the execution stages of project management,guarantees the construction quality and safety,accelerates the construction progress,lowers the project cost,and achieves the target of the best combination of quality and cost.
