系统性护理干预对脑出血患者神经功能恢复与自我效能的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention on Neurological Function Recovery and Self-efficacy in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析系统性护理干预对脑出血患者神经功能恢复、自我效能的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年10月在本院接受治疗的脑出血患者80例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组40例接受常规护理,研究组40例接受系统化护理,对比两组各方面功能恢复、自我效能及用药依从性情况。结果:干预后,研究组自我效能感评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预后NIHSS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数、Fuel-Meyer评分及MMSE评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药总依从率为92.50%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑出血患者应用系统性护理干预,能有效增强自我效能感,提升服药依从性,促进神经、认知以及肢体运动等方面功能恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of systematic nursing intervention on neurological function recovery and self-efficacy in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who received treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected and grouped by random number table method,40 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 40 patients in the study group received systematic nursing.The functional recovery,self-efficacy and medication compliance of two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the self-efficacy score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the NIHSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and Barthel index,Fuel-Meyer score and MMSE score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total medication compliance rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of systematic nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can effectively enhance sense of self-efficacy,improve medication compliance,and promote the recovery of neurological,cognitive and limb movement functions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
