摘要
目的:探讨恶性肿瘤骨转移骨痛治疗中鲑鱼降钙素的应用效果及对患者血锶、钙浓度变化的影响。方法:选取2018年7月-2020年2月本院收治的恶性肿瘤骨转移骨痛患者76例,根据使用药物的不同分为对照组和研究组,每组38例。对照组应用氯化锶治疗,研究组应用鲑鱼降钙素治疗。比较两组Barthel指数、视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、ADL评分、血清BGP、CT水平、血锶浓度、钙浓度。结果:治疗前和治疗后1周,两组Barthel指数、VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3个月,研究组Barthel指数均高于对照组,VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、3、7 d,研究组ADL评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组BGP、CT水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,研究组血清BGP、CT水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血锶、钙浓度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1、2、3个月,研究组血锶、钙浓度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恶性肿瘤骨转移骨痛治疗中,应用鲑鱼降钙素可以改善血锶、钙浓度变化,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Salmon Calcitonin in the treatment of bone pain with bone metastasis of malignant tumor and its influence on the changes of blood strontium and calcium concentration.Method:A total of 76 patients with bone pain with malignant tumor metastasis admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to February 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to different drugs,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Strontium Chloride and the study group was treated with Salmon Calcitonin.Barthel index,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,ADL score,serum BGP,CT level,plasma strontium concentration and calcium concentration were compared between the two groups.Result:Before and 1 week after treatment,there were no significant differences in Barthel Index and VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1 and 3 months after treatment,the Barthel index and VAS scores of the study group were all higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1,3 and 7 days after treatment,the ADL scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in BGP and CT levels between the two groups(P>0.05);3 months after treatment,the levels of serum BGP and CT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the plasma concentrations of strontium and calcium between the two groups(P>0.05);at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment,the concentrations of strontium and calcium in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmon Calcitonin can improve the changes of plasma strontium and calcium concentration in the treatment of bone pain with malignant tumor metastasis,which should be further popularized in clinic.
