振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁的临床研究

Clinical Study on Zhenyuan Capsule Combined with Psychological Intervention in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome with Anxiety and Depression

目的:探究与观察振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月本院120例急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用振源胶囊和心理干预。比较两组治疗前及治疗1、2个月的动态心电图指标(心率变异性时域指标及频域指标)及焦虑评分(SAS量表)、抑郁评分(SDS量表)。结果:治疗前,两组SDNN、SDANN、RMSS、PNN50、LF、HF、LF/HF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2个月,观察组SDNN、SDANN、RMSS、PNN50、LF、HF、LF/HF均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SAS、SDS评分情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2个月,观察组的SAS、SDS评分情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗急性冠脉综合征合并焦虑抑郁患者的临床效果较好,有助于改善患者的心率变异性及焦虑抑郁状态,应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate and observe the clinical effect of Zhenyuan Capsule combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome with anxiety and depression.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with anxiety and depression in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the observation group was treated with Zhenyuan capsule and psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The dynamic electrocardiogram indexes(heart rate variability in time domain and frequency domain),anxiety score(SAS scale)and depression score(SDS scale)before treatment and after 1 and 2 months of treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SDNN,SDANN,RMSS,PNN50,LF,HF,LF/HF between two groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 2 months of treatment,SDNN,SDANN,RMSS,PNN50,LF,HF,LF/HF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in SAS and SDS scores between two groups(P>0.05);after 1 and 2 months of treatment,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were superior than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zhenyuan Capsule combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome with anxiety and depression is better,and it can improve the heart rate variability,anxiety and depression of patients,so its application value is higher.
