新冠肺炎疫情下留学生本土学习:一项国际化视角研究 被引量:1

Study at Home Country of International Students under COVID-19 Pandemic:a Study from Internationalization Perspective

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情给全球高等教育国际化带来严峻挑战。中国是全球最大的留学生输出国,疫情加之中美关系的不确定性,使中国留学生的学习问题备受关注。本土学习是一种大学应对疫情挑战的国际化新实践。本土学习高度依赖于高等教育的国际化政策、大学的国际化布局、合作基础和教育质量。就地消化模式、"飞地"模式、交换模式和分散模式是本土学习的主要形式。本土学习所实现的是知识要素的线上与线下流动,以"在线国际化"丰富了传统的大学国际化内容,也为中国大学解决国际学生的学习问题提供了参考。本土学习的质量、教育内涵和疫情后的发展趋势值得进一步研究和观察。 The COVID-19 pandemic has brought severe challenges to the internationalization of global higher education.China is the largest exporter of international students.In addition to the pandemic,the learning of international students from China has been impacted by the tension between China and the United States.Study at Home Country(SaHC)is a pilot program for internationalization initiated by some universities to cope with the pandemic.It is highly dependent on the global strategy and layout,existing partnerships and the quality of university education.The local enrollment mode,the enclave mode,the exchange mode and the decentralized mode are the main forms of SaHC,enriching the content of the traditional mode internationalization of universities.In addition,SaHC also provide reference for Chinese universities to solve the problems of their international students who cannot be back to campus.The quality of SaHC programs and its trend of evolution after the COVID-19 pandemic deserve further observation and research.
