柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床效果及对生活质量的影响 被引量:8

Clinical Efficacy of Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in Treatment of Patients with Post-stroke Depression and Its Influence on Quality of Life

摘要 目的:探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者的临床效果及对生活质量的影响效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2021年3月本院收治的96例脑卒中后抑郁患者,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组48例。对照组采用帕罗西汀,研究组在对照组的基础上加用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤。比较两组疗效及治疗前后的HAMA、HAMD、生活质量评分(SF-36)、症状(乏力、走路不稳、偏身麻木、偏瘫)积分。结果:治疗前,两组HAMA、HAMD、生活质量各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,研究组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组乏力、走路不稳、偏身麻木、偏瘫症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组乏力、走路不稳、偏身麻木、偏瘫症状积分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗脑卒中后抑郁患者效果较好,可有效改善患者的焦虑及抑郁情况,缓解其临床症状,有利于改善患者的神经功能,提高生活质量,值得推广。 Objective:To expolre clinical efficacy of Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in treatment of patients with post-stroke depression and its influence on quality of life.Method:A total of 96 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paroxetine,and the study group was treated with Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups,the HAMA scores,HAMD scores,quality of life scores(SF-36),symptom(fatigue,walking instability,partial numbness,hemiplegia)scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in HAMA,HAMD and quality of life scores in all dimensions between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,HAMA scores and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and quality of life scores in all dimensions in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of symptoms of fatigue,walking instability,partial numbness and hemiplegia between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,scores of symptoms of fatigue,walking instability,partial numbness and hemiplegia in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of post-stroke depression patients,which can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients,relieve their clinical symptoms,improve the neurological function of patients,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
