独活寄生汤辨证加减治疗类风湿关节炎的有效性及对患者免疫功能的影响

The Effectiveness of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis and Its Effect on Immune Function of Patients

目的:探讨独活寄生汤辨证加减治疗类风湿关节炎的有效性及对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月本院收治的类风湿关节炎患者98例。将患者随机分成对照组和研究组,每组49例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予独活寄生汤治疗。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,比较两组免疫功能指标、HAQ评分以及中医症候积分。结果:治疗前,两组HAQ评分、中医症候积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组HAQ评分、中医症候积分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率均低于对照组,治疗总满意度以及服药依从性均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:类风湿关节炎患者应用独活寄生汤治疗,可有效增强治疗效果,并促进患者免疫功能改善,降低多种不良反应发生,从而提升患者治疗满意度以及服药依从性,可推广使用。

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis and its effect on immune function of patients.Method:A total of 98 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of control group.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups,immune function indexes,HAQ scores and TCM syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Result:Before the treatment,comparison of HAQ score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups,there were no significant differences(P>0.05);after treatment,HAQ score and TCM syndrome score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,comparison of CD4^(+),CD8^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) levels between the two groups,there were no significant differences(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD4^(+) and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of CD8^(+) in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the total treatment satisfaction and medication compliance were significantly higher in the study group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis can effectively enhance the treatment effect,promote the improvement of patients’immune function and reduce the occurrence of a variety of adverse reactions,so as to improve patients’treatment satisfaction and medication compliance,which can be popularized.
