雷洛昔芬联合地塞米松治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者IL-10、IL-18的影响

Effect of Raloxifene Combined with Dexamethasone on IL-10 and IL-18 in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探讨雷洛昔芬联合地塞米松治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的促排卵效果及对血清IL-10、IL-18的影响。方法:选取2019年4月-2020年4月于本院确诊并治疗的66例PCOS患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各33例。对照组应用雷洛昔芬,研究组在对照组的基础上加用地塞米松。比较两组干预后直径≥16 mm的卵泡数量及排卵日的子宫内膜厚度,比较两组的排卵及妊娠率,比较两组治疗前后的相关血清IL-10、IL-18水平。结果:治疗前,两组直径≥16 mm的卵泡数量及子宫内膜厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组直径≥16 mm的卵泡数量多于对照组,子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率及妊娠率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-10、IL-18比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组IL-10高于对照组,IL-18低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予PCOS患者联合使用雷洛昔芬及地塞米松治疗,可提高患者的排卵及妊娠率,提高患者的子宫内膜厚度和IL-10水平,降低血清IL-18水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Raloxifene combined with Dexamethasone in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and its influence on serum IL-10 and IL-18.Method:A total of 66 PCOS patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Raloxifene,and the study group was treated with Dexamethasone on the basis of the control group,30 cases in each group.The number of follicles with diameter≥16 mm and endometrial thickness on the day of ovulation after intervention were compared between two groups,ovulation and pregnancy rates were compared between two groups,and the serum IL-10 and IL-18 levels before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the number of follicles with diameter≥16 mm and endometrial thickness between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the number of follicles with diameter≥16 mm in the study group was more than that in the control group,endometrial thickness in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-10 and IL-18 between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,IL-10 in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and IL-18 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Raloxifene and Dexamethasone can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,increase the endometrial thickness,and reduce the serum IL-18 levels.
