摘要
目的运用石墨炉原子吸收法测定中药中铅镉含量。方法微波消解前处理样品,优化石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪实验条件,对黄芩、桔梗、连翘和五味子等中药中铅镉含量进行测定。结果铅的线性回归方程为y=0.0014x+0.0039,相关系数为0.9995,测量范围在0~100μg/L,回收率93.4%~106.8%。镉的线性回归方程为y=0.0458x+0.00104,相关系数为0.9998,测量范围在0~20μg/L,回收率92.7%~107.6%。4种中药均检测出铅镉。结论采用微波消解预处理及石墨炉原子吸收法测定中药中铅和镉的含量,灵敏度高、线性范围广,结果满意。4种中药中铅镉含量低于国家标准,可以安全使用。
Objective To determine the lead-cadmium in Chinese herbal medicine by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods Samples were pretreated with microwave digestion, the experimental conditions of atomic absorption spectrometer were optimized, and lead and cadmium were detected in baicalin, platycodon grandiflorum, forsythia and penta.Results The linear regression equation of lead was y=0.0014 x+0.0039,correlation coefficient was 0.9995,the measurement range was from 0 to 100 μg/L,the recovery was between 93.4% and 106.8%.The linear regression equation of cadmium was y=0.0458 x+0.00104,the correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the measured range was from 0 to 20 μg/L,and the recovery was from 92.7% to 107.6%.Lead and cadmium were found in 4 Chinese herbal medicines.Conclusion Lead and cadmium were determined by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry.The method was highly sensitive, wide linear range, and accurate result.Lead and cadmium in 4 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine are lower than the national standard and can be used safely.
