复方玄驹胶囊联合真空负压吸引器治疗男性勃起功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical Study of Fufang Xuanju Capsule Combined with Vacuum Negative Pressure Suction Apparatus in the Treatment of Male Erectile Dysfunction

目的:探讨复方玄驹胶囊联合真空负压吸引器治疗男性勃起功能障碍的效果。方法:选择2019年12月-2020年12月本院收治的男性勃起功能障碍患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机摸球法将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予真空负压吸引器治疗,比较两组治疗前后各项临床指标[阴茎勃起硬度分级评分、国际勃起功能指数问卷调查表(IIEF-5)评分、阴茎内血管功能参数(PSV、EDV、RI)]。结果:治疗前,两组IIEF-5评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4、8周,两组IIEF-5评分较治疗前均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴茎勃起硬度分级评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4、8周,两组阴茎勃起硬度分级评分较治疗前均升高,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阴茎内血管功能参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4、8周,两组阴茎内血管功能参数较治疗前均改善,且观察组PSV、RI均高于对照组,EDV均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方玄驹胶囊联合真空负压吸引装置治疗男性勃起功能障碍能改善患者IIEF-5评分及阴茎勃起硬度分级评分,改善患者血管参数。

Objective:To investigate the clinical study of Fufang Xuanju Capsules combined with vacuum negative pressure suction apparatus in the treatment of male erectile dysfunction.Method:A total of 80 patients with male erectile dysfunction admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)by random touch of the ball.The control group was treated with Fufang Xuanju Capsules,the observation group was treated with vacuum negative pressure suction apparatus on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators[penile erection hardness classification score,international erectile function index questionnaire survey table(IIEF-5)score,vascular function parameters in penis(PSV,EDV,RI)]of two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IIEF-5 score between two groups(P>0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the IIEF-5 scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of penile erection hardness between two groups(P>0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the scores of penile erection hardness in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in penile vascular function parameters between two groups(P>0.05).At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the penile vascular function parameters in two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and PSV and RI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and EDV was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fufang Xuanju Capsules combined with vacuum negative pressure suction device can improve IIEF-5 score and erectile hardness grading score of patients with male erectile dysfunction,and improve the vascular parameters of patients.
