Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of local extended resection in patients with salivary gland carcinoma and its influence on the expression of serum TSGF.Method:A total of 94 patients with salivary gland carcinoma from May 2017 to October 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the observation group was treated with local enlarged resection. The short-term efficacy was compared between the two groups. The two groups were followed up for 1 year after treatment, and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),tumor associated antigen(CA50)and 1,6 and 12 months after treatment mortality rates were compared between the two groups.Result:The effective rate in observation group was 74.47%,which was higher than 53.19%in control group(P<0.05).TSGF,CEA and CA50 in observation group were lower than those in control group at 1 year after treatment(P<0.05).The 6 and 12 months after treatment mortality rates of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The local extended resection can obtain high short-term curative effect in patients with salivary gland cancer, improve the level of tumor markers, and help reduce mortality. It is worthy of popularization and application.
