冻结肩治疗的研究现状

Research Status in the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder

冻结肩是一种在初级卫生保健中常见的骨科疾病,它在中老年人群的发病率较高,其病程长达2~3年甚至更久,因表现为肩部剧烈疼痛伴肩关节活动受限逐渐加重,临床中患者的体验和感受非常痛苦,严重影响了他们的睡眠以及工作、生活质量。近年来,医学界对于冻结肩治疗的研究上已经取得了较大的进步,但因其发病机制至今没有定论,国际上也没有达成统一的治疗原则。冻结肩的治疗方法多种多样,总体可分为非手术治疗和手术治疗。本文重点介绍了目前临床上对于冻结肩的各种治疗手段及疗效,以期为冻结肩患者选择合适的治疗方法及未来的研究方向提供参考。

Frozen shoulder is a common orthopaedic disease in primary health care.It has a high incidence in middle-aged and elderly people,and its course of disease lasts as long as 2-3 years or even longer.Because of severe shoulder pain and limitation of shoulder joint activity,the clinical experience and feelings of patients are very painful,which seriously affect their sleep,work and quality of life.In recent years,the medical research on the treatment of frozen shoulder has made great progress,but there is no final conclusion on its pathogenesis and no unified treatment principle has been reached in the world.There are a variety of treatment methods for frozen shoulder,which can be divided into non-operative treatment and surgical treatment.This paper focuses on the current clinical treatment and efficacy of frozen shoulder,in order to provide reference for patients with frozen shoulder to choose appropriate treatment methods and future research direction.
