摘要
马立克氏病(Marek′s disease,MD)是养禽业最重要的疫病之一,疫苗免疫是控制MD的主要手段,但由于多种原因,免疫鸡群仍有可能暴发MD。抗病育种能从遗传本质上提高鸡群的抗病能力,基于分子标记技术的抗MD育种有望弥补疫苗接种为主的MD防控手段的不足。研究表明,circRNA/lncRNA通过circRNA/lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA网络在疾病发生发展中具有调控功能,可帮助阐明疾病发病机制。文章分析了MD肿瘤与circRNA/lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA调控网络的关系,探讨了circRNA/lncRNA调控MD肿瘤的分子机制,为构建circ RNA/lncRNA为分子标记的抗MD育种提供了参考。
Marek′s disease(MD)is one of the most important infectious diseases in poultry industry.MD incidence has been largely controlled by vaccination.However,outbreaks of MD in immunized chickens still occur for a number of reasons.The disease resistance breeding can fundamentally improve the anti-disease ability of the chickens,and the MD-resistance breeding based on molecular marker technology may become a complementary measure for the conventional vaccination strategy in the effective control of MD.The regulatory function of circRNA/lncRNA in the occurrence and development of disease shows a potential possibility for revealing disease pathogenesis by circRNA/lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA in recent study.This paper reviewed the correlation of MD tumors and its regulatory pathway of circRNA/lncRNA-miRNAmRNA,explored molecular mechanisms of circRNA/lncRNA regulating MD tumors,which could benefit the genetic improvement programs using circRNA/lncRNA as molecular markers in selective breeding for the resistance against MD of chicken.
