密闭式蛋鸡育雏舍小气候环境模型构建与验证 被引量:2

摘要 为建立不同日龄雏鸡舍的小气候环境模型,根据育雏鸡舍的结构特性、鸡舍内部和外部环境条件以及雏鸡生长环境等参数,通过机理建模的方法,应用能量平衡物理规律,基于MATLAB/simulink模块建立了育雏鸡舍小气候坏境模型。采用四阶龙格-库塔法求解育雏舍热量微分方程,利用线性拟合的方法求解含湿量与相对湿度之间的换算关系,并对密闭式育雏鸡舍小气候环境模型进行仿真分析。结果显示:模型输出值与实测值的温度平均误差为1.3℃,温度最大误差为3℃,最小相对误差为0.57%,最大相对误差为10.39%;湿度平均误差为1.91%,湿度最大误差为13.16%,最小相对误差为0.61%,最大相对误差为22.24%。育雏鸡舍小气候环境模型输出的温湿度模拟值与实测值之间的决定系数分别为0.7634、0.9740,均方根误差分别为1.55℃、2.61%。研究表明:构建的育雏鸡舍小气候环境模型的理论输出值与试验测得的数值具有较高的一致性,可以为进一步环境调控模型提供理论基础。 In order to establish microclimate environment model for different day-age chicken houses,the microclimate environment model of chicken house was established based on MATLAB/simulink module by applying the physical law of energy balance with the method of mechanistic modeling according to the structural characteristics,internal and external environmental conditions of brooding chicken houses and chick growth environment and other parameters.The fourth-order Longe-Kutta method was used to solve the heat differential equation of brooding chicken house,and the conversion relationship between moisture content and relative humidity was solved by using the linear fitting method,and then the microclimate environment model of the enclosed brooding chicken house was simulated and analyzed.The results showed that the average error of temperature between the model output and the measured value was 1.3℃,the maximum error of temperature was 3℃,the minimum relative error was 0.57%,and the maximum relative error was10.39%;The average error of humidity was 1.91%,the maximum error of humidity was 13.16%,the minimum relative error was 0.61%,and the maximum relative error was 22.24%.The coefficients of determination between the simulated and measured values of temperature and humidity output from the brooder microclimate environment model were 0.7634 and 0.9740,respectively,and the root mean square error was 1.55℃and 2.61%,respectively.The study showed that the theoretical output values of the constructed microclimate environment model for brooding chicken house were in high agreement with the experimentally measured values,which could provide a theoretical basis for further environmental regulation models.
