摘要
为有效对蛋鸡粪进行无害化处理和资源化利用,试验以蛋鸡粪为原料,以稻草、木糠、统糠为调理剂,在调理剂组添加0.5%和2.5%微生物制剂,以未添加微生物制剂的组作为空白组进行堆肥试验。结果显示:与空白组相比,稻草组添加0.5%微生物制剂显著降低有机质含量(P<0.05);与添加0.5%微生物制剂相比,稻草组添加2.5%微生物制剂能够显著提高水溶性C含量(P<0.05);添加微生物制剂可提高稻草组和统糠组细菌群落结构多样性指数。研究表明蛋鸡粪堆肥以稻草为调理剂并添加2.5%微生物制剂能够影响细菌多样性并有效提高碳源利用。
In order to effectively conduct harmless treatment and resource utilization of layers′manure,three carbon source conditioners(rice straw,sawdust and unite bran),microbial agents added to the groups in the level of 0.5%and2.5%were used for composting,the group without microbial agents was taken as the blank group.The results showed that when rice straw was used as the conditioner,the organic matter content was significantly decreased in 0.5%microbial agent group(P<0.05),2.5%microbial agents group could significantly increase the water soluble carbon content(P<0.05)compared with the 0.5%microbial agents group.The bacterial community structure diversity index in rice straw group and unite bran group with microbial agents were improved.The results indicated that the addition of 2.5%microbial agents could affect bacterial diversity and effectively improve the utilization of carbon sources when rice straw was used as a conditioner in the layers′manure compost.
