华北地区林地小拱棚栽培羊肚菌技术

Artificial Cultivation Technology of Morels in Small Arched Shed of Forestland in North China

羊肚菌人工种植近年来才在华北地区取得成功,并有少量规模化种植。华北地区地处暖温带,四季分明,降水偏少,春秋季短促,年平均气温5~20℃。羊肚菌菌丝生长最佳温度20~24℃,在华北地区适宜暖冬、暖春种植,暖冬、暖春气温相对较高,温差较大,能有效刺激菌丝体形成。偶遇适宜年份产量好,效益高;冬、春季节寒冷的年份,则产量明显减少,甚至绝收。因此,受天气影响较大,产量极不稳定,该地区目前并不适宜大规模化种植和跟风种植。林地小拱棚栽培羊肚菌模式,充分降低了种植成本和种植风险,遇见暖温天气的年份667 m^(2)投入约2500元,可取得约6万元的收益。
