摘要
患者,女,43岁。右手背、右前臂红斑、触痛性结节2个月。发病前患者右手中指远节伸侧被海虾钳刺伤。组织病理不排除感染性肉芽肿。给予利福平、克拉霉素,病情好转。综上诊断为鱼刺伤性肉芽肿。
A 43-year-old female presented with a 2-month history of erythema and tender nodule in her right opisthenar and forearm.She had a history of stabbing by shrimp on the distal middle finger of the right hand.Histopathology revealed the possibility of infectious granuloma.The patient was treated with compound rifampin,clarithromycin and the condition improved obviously.The diagnosis of fish stabbed granuloma was made.
