多环芳烃污染土壤真菌群落组成及驱动因子

Composition and Driving Factors of Fungal Community in Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Contaminated Soil

摘要 研究多环芳烃(PAHs)污染土壤中真菌群落结构及其驱动因子,可为PAHs污染土壤微生物修复技术研发提供技术支持。该文通过对华北某焦化厂5个点位(每个点位取6个深度)土壤样品中环境因子(PAHs含量、理化性质)和真菌群落结构进行了定量分析,研究了PAHs污染土壤中真菌群落结构与环境因子之间的关系。结果表明:(1)焦化厂土壤样品中微生物的主要真菌类群(属)为葡萄球菌属(Subulicystidium)、柄孢壳菌(Podospora)、土赤壳属(Ilyonectria)、介球菌属(Plectosphaerella),其和占真菌总量的20.22%~48.95%;(2)PAHs污染程度对真菌群落α多样性指数无显著影响(p>0.05),但对真菌群落(属)有显著影响(p<0.05);(3)冗余分析结果表明总有机碳和TPAHs是该区域真菌群落结构变化的主要驱动因子(p<0.05)。 The study of the fungal community structure and its driving factors in PAHs-contaminated soil can provide technical support for microbial remediation of PAHs-contaminated soil.Through quantitatively analyzing environmental factors(PAHs content,physical and chemical properties)and fungal community structure in soil samples that collected at5 points in a coking plant in North China(6 depths for each point),the relationship between fungal community structure and environmental factors were studied.The results showed that the main fungal groups(genus)of microorganisms in the soil samples of the coking plant were Subulicystidium,Podospora,Ilyonectria,and Plectosphaerella,with the sum accounting for20.22%~48.95%of the total amount of fungi.PAHs pollution levels had no significant impact on the fungal communityαdiversity index(p>0.05),but had a significant impact on the fungal community(genus)(p<0.05).Redundancy analysis showed that total organic carbon(TOC)and TPAHs were the main driving factors for changes in fungal community structure in this area(p<0.05).
