数字经济发展、数据要素配置与制造业生产率提升

Digital Economy Development,Allocation of Data Elements and Productivity Growth in Manufacturing Industry

基于数字经济发展深刻影响制造业生产效率这一现实背景,本文构建数字经济发展、数据要素配置影响制造业生产率的理论模型,从企业和城市层面实证考察数字经济发展对制造业生产率的影响。研究显示,数字经济发展具有提升制造业生产率和优化数据要素配置的双重效应,对企业和城市整体的制造业生产率均具有显著的提升效应;数字经济发展对制造业生产率的影响在企业所有制、企业规模、城市规模以及区域位置等方面具有异质特征,且动态边际效应渐趋强化;数据要素优化配置在数字经济发展提升制造业生产率的过程中具有显著的渠道效应,其中,数据开发应用和数据传播共享的渠道效应最为突出。

Based on the realistic background that the development of the digital economy profoundly affects the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the development of the digital economy and the configuration of data elements affecting the productivity of the manufacturing industry, and empirically examines the impact of the development of the digital economy on the productivity of the manufacturing industry from the enterprise and city levels.The research shows that the digital economy has dual boosting effect on increasing the efficiency of manufacturing and optimizing the data element allocation, which significantly promotes the efficiency of manufacturing of the city and enterprise. The impact of digital economy on the productivity of the manufacturing industry has heterogeneous characteristics in terms of enterprise ownership, enterprise scale, city scale, and regional location, and the dynamic marginal effect is gradually strengthened. The data element allocation has significant channel effect in the process in which the development of digital economy increases the productivity of the manufacturing industry, among which, the channel effect of data development and application and data dissemination and sharing are the most prominent.
