摘要
目的探讨难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)患儿血小板相关参数与CRP、ESR、LDH、Ts比例变化及其临床意义。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月于西安市儿童医院呼吸科一病区确诊为肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的112例患儿为研究对象,根据病情程度将其分为难治组(50例)和普通组(62例)。比较两组患儿的热程、住院时间、总病程、胸腔积液情况;比较两组的CRP、ESR、LDH、Ts比例、PLT、PDW、PCT;分析难治组的血小板相关参数与PDW、CRP、ESR、LDH、Ts比例的相关性。结果难治组的热程、住院时间及总病程均长于普通组,胸腔积液占比高于普通组(P<0.05)。难治组的CRP、ESR及LDH水平均高于普通组,Ts比例低于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。难治组的PLT、PDW、PCT均高于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。难治组的PLT与ESR呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论血小板可能在RMPP的发病过程中起作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of platelet related parameters and CRP,ESR,LDH and Ts ratio in children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP)and its clinical significance.Methods A total of 112 children diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)in the No.1 ward of respiratory department of Xi'an children's hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into refractory group(50 cases)and ordinary group(62 cases)according to disease conditions.The heat duration,hospital stay,total course of disease and pleural effusion were compared between the two groups;CRP,ESR,LDH,Ts ratio,PLT,PDW and PCT of the two groups were compared;the correlation between platelet related parameters and PDW,CRP,ESR,LDH and Ts ratio in the refractory group were analyzed.Results The heat duration,hospital stay and total course of disease in the refractory group were longer than those in the ordinary group,and the proportion of pleural effusion was higher than that in the ordinary group(P<0.05).The CRP,ESR and LDH levels in the refractory group were higher than those in the ordinary group,and Ts ratio was lower than that in the ordinary group,and the differences were statistically signficant(P<0.05).The PLT,PDW and PCT in the refractory group were higher than those in the ordinary group,and the differences were statistically signficont(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between PLT and ESR in the refractory group(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet may play a role in the pathogenesis of RMPP.
