还原型谷胱甘肽联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果 被引量:2

Effect of reduced glutathione combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年5月收治的80例DPN患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组采用甲钴胺联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、氧化应激指标、VEGF、IGF-1、NGF水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的TAOC、SOD水平均升高,MDA水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的VEGF水平均降低,IGF-1、NGF水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合甲钴胺治疗DPN的效果显著,可改善氧化应激指标及VEGF、IGF-1、NGF水平。 Objective To explore the effect of reduced glutathione combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods Eighty patients with DPN treated from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with mecobalamin combined with reduced glutathione.The clinical efficacy,oxidative stress indexes,levels of VEGF,IGF-1 and NGF were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TAOC and SOD increased and the level of MDA decreased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of VEGF decreased and the levels of IGF-1 and NGF increased in the two groups,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced glutathione combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of DPN can get significant effect,and improve the oxidative stress indexes and the levels of VEGF,IGF-1 and NGF.
