预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果及对龈沟液IL-17、IL-23水平的影响

Application effect of preformed fiber post in prosthodontic treatment and its influence on the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in gingival crevicular fluid

目的分析预成纤维桩在口腔修复治疗中的应用效果及对龈沟液IL-17、IL-23水平的影响。方法随机选取我院2020年1月12日至5月12日收治的48例口腔修复患者,随机将其分成观察组(24例,患牙44颗)和对照组(24例,患牙44颗)。观察组应用预成纤维桩进行口腔修复治疗;对照组应用可塑纤维桩进行口腔修复治疗。比较两组的整体修复效果。结果观察组的修复成功率显著高于对照组,修复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组的龈沟液IL-17、IL-23水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组修复体完整、颜色匹配、边缘适合及咀嚼功能恢复患者的占比均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用预成纤维桩进行口腔修复治疗的整体效果优于可塑纤维桩,其可提升修复成功率,降低龈沟液IL-17、IL-23水平,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the application effect of preformed fiber post in prosthodontic treatment and its influence on the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in gingival crevicular fluid.Methods A total of 48 patients with prosthodontics treated in our hospital from January 12 to May 12,2020 were randomly selected and randomly divided into observation group(24 cases,44 teeth)and control group(24 cases,44 teeth).In the observation group,preformed fiber post was used for prosthodontic treatment;in the control group,plastic fiber post was for prosthodontic treatment.The overall repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results The repair success rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the repair time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After repair,the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in gingival crevicular fluid of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with complete prosthesis,color matching,edge fit and recovery of masticatory function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using preformed fiber post for prosthodontic treatment has a better overall effect than that with plastic fiber post,it can improve the repair success rate,reduce the levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in gingival crevicular fluid,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worth popularizing.
