真皮-上睑提肌腱膜缝合全切重睑术的临床疗效及手术效果满意度的影响因素分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of dermal-levator aponeurosis suture and total removal double eyelid surgery and the influencing factors of surgical effect satisfaction

目的研究真皮-上睑提肌腱膜缝合全切重睑术的临床疗效及手术效果满意度的影响因素。方法将本院初次重睑术受术者74例根据手术不同分为对照组(37例,部分切开重睑术)和观察组(37例,真皮-上睑提肌腱膜缝合全切重睑术)。比较两组的手术效果、满意度,并分析手术效果满意度影响因素。结果观察组的重睑宽度、重睑弧度曲线、重睑对称度评分及手术效果满意度高于对照组,重睑瘢痕评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。皮肤弹性、重睑宽度、重睑弧度曲线、重睑对称度、重睑瘢痕明显程度为影响手术效果满意度的独立因素(P<0.05)。结论真皮-上睑提肌腱膜缝合全切重睑术安全有效,临床可根据影响手术效果满意度的因素进行相应的干预,以促进满意度的提升。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of dermal-levator aponeurosis suture and total removal double eyelid surgery and the influencing factors of surgical effect satisfaction.Methods A total of 74 patients undergoing primary double eyelid surgery in our hospital were divided into control group(37 cases,partial double eyelid incision)and observation group(37 cases,dermal-levator aponeurosis suture and total removal double eyelid surgery)by different operation.The operation effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of surgical effect satisfaction were analyzed.Results The double eyelid width,double eyelid radian curve,double eyelid symmetry score and surgical effect satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the double eyelid scar score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Skin elasticity,double eyelid width,double eyelid radian curve,double eyelid symmetry and obvious degree of double eyelid scar were independent factors affecting surgical effect satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Dermal-levator aponeurosis suture and total removal double eyelid surgery is safe and effective.Clinical intervention can be carried out according to the factors affecting the surgical effect satisfaction,so as to promote the improvement of satisfaction.
