中医综合疗法结合核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with core stability training in children with spastic cerebral palsy

目的分析中医综合疗法结合核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑瘫患儿中的应用效果。方法将120例痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为对照组(核心稳定性训练)和观察组(核心稳定性训练结合中医综合疗法),各60例。试验中对照组脱落1例,观察组脱落2例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后8、12周,观察组的GMFM-D、E区评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4、8、12周,观察组的Berg评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的下肢肌张力分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。竖脊肌、腹直肌、内收肌、腓肠肌的表面肌电RMS时间因素与分组因素有交互作用(P<0.001)。结论中医综合疗法结合核心稳定性训练可改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的粗大运动功能、平衡功能及肌张力分级,减小肌肉表面肌电RMS。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with core stability training in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 120 children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group(core stability training)and observation group(core stability training combined with comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine),with 60 cases in each group.In the experiment,1 case fell off in the control group and 2 cases in the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the scores of GMFM-D and E area in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,the score of Berg in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the grading of lower limb muscle tension in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time factors of surface electromyography RMS of erector spinalis,rectus abdominis,adductor and gastrocnemius interacted with the grouping factors(P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with core stability training can improve the gross motor function,balance function and grading of muscle tension in children with spastic cerebral palsy,and reduce the muscle surface electromyography RMS.
