四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法、调气机治疗颈椎椎曲异常的临床效果

Clinical effect of four-dimensional traction combined with sinew-regulating and bone-setting manipulation and regulating Qi in the treatment of abnormal cervical curvature

目的观察四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法、调气机治疗颈椎椎曲异常的临床效果。方法选择2018年2月至2020年9月于西安市中医医院脊柱科就诊的60例颈椎椎曲异常患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用多功能四维整脊牵引床牵引配合理筋正骨手法、调气机治疗,对照组给予理筋正骨手法、调气机治疗。比较两组的颈椎曲度值、颈椎评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的弧弦距、C_(2)~C_(7) Cobb角均较治疗前增大,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项颈椎评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四维牵引配合理筋正骨手法、调气机治疗颈椎椎曲异常的效果良好,可改善颈椎椎曲异常,减轻临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of four-dimensional traction combined with sinew-regulating and bone-setting manipulation and regulating Qi in the treatment of abnormal cervical curvature.Methods Sixty patients with abnormal cervical curvature treated in the spine department of Xi'an hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with traction by multifunctional four-dimensional spinal traction bed combined with sinew-regulating and bone-setting manipulation and regulating Qi,while the control group was treated with sinew-regulating and bone-setting manipulation and regulating Qi.The cervical curvature value,cervical score and clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the arc chord distance and C_(2)-C_(7) Cobb angle of the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,and those of the observation group were greater than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cervical scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-dimensional traction combined with sinew-regulating and bone-setting manipulation and regulating Qi in the treatment of abnormal cervical curvature has good effect,which can improve abnormal cervical curvature and reduce clinical symptoms.
