摘要
目的分析针灸结合药物治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果。方法选取我院2017年5月至2020年5月收治的56例排卵障碍性不孕症患者为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组采取药物治疗,观察组对照组基础上结合针灸治疗,比较两组干预效果。结果治疗后,观察组最大卵泡直径、子宫内膜最大厚度大于对照组,排卵率及自然受孕率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组FSH、LH、E_(2)、P水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合药物治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的效果显著,能有效促进卵泡发育,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高排卵率和自然受孕率,改善性激素指标水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drugs in the treatment of ovulatory infertility.Methods A total of 56 patients with ovulatory infertility treated in our hospital from May 2017 to may 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment schemes,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drugs,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the maximum follicular diameter and endometrial thickness in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the ovulation rate and natural pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,FSH,LH,E_(2) and P levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with drugs is effective in the treatment of ovulatory infertility has a significant effect.It can effectively promote follicular development,increase endometrial thickness,improve ovulation rate and natural pregnancy rate,and ameliorate the level of sex hormone indexes.
