复方地龙片联合注射用血塞通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果

Clinical effect of compound Dilong tablets combined with Xuesaitong for injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的分析复方地龙片联合注射用血塞通治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月我院神经内科收治的108例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,以双盲法将其随机分为对照组和研究组,各54例。对照组给予注射用血塞通治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合复方地龙片治疗。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前、后神经功能缺损情况、实验室相关指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为92.59%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分均显著低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的全血高切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容及纤维蛋白原、胆固醇水平均显著低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的甘油三酯水平无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论复方地龙片联合注射用血塞通治疗急性缺血性脑卒的效果显著,能够改善脑梗死高凝状态,促使患者神经功能恢复,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound Dilong tablets combined with Xuesaitong for injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 108 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in the neurology department of our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group by double-blind method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xuesaitong for injection,and the study group was treated with compound Dilong tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and neurological deficit,laboratory related indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.59%,which was significantly higher than 77.78%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and that of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,fibrinogen and cholesterol levels of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference in triglyceride level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Dilong tablet combined with Xuesaitong for injection in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has a significant effect,it can improve the hypercoagulable state of cerebral infarction and promote the recovery of neurological function of patients.It has high application value.
