多学科协作护理对冠状动脉搭桥术患者心功能的影响

Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the cardiac function of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery

目的探究多学科协作护理对冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)患者心功能的影响。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年12月收治的96例CABG术患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例)及多学科组(48例)。对照组给予常规术后护理,多学科组给予多学科协作护理。比较两组护理前、后的心脏功能指标、心理状态及生活质量。结果护理后,多学科组的LVEF显著高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,多学科组的HAMA、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,多学科组的生理、心理及社会关系维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作护理能有效提高CABG术患者的心脏功能,改善心理状态,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing on the cardiac function of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery(CABG).Methods A total of 96 CABG surgery patients admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group(48 cases)and multidisciplinary group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,and the multidisciplinary group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing.The cardiac function indexes,mental state and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,LVEF in the multidisciplinary group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while LVESD and LVEDD were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,HAMA and HAMD scores in the multidisciplinary group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the dimension scores of physiological,psychological and social relationship dimensions in the multidisciplinary group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary collaborative nursing can effectively improve the cardiac function,mental state and life quality of CABG surgery patients.
