早期康复护理在跟骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with calcaneal fracture after surgery

目的探讨早期康复护理在跟骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月至2020年5月我院100例跟骨骨折手术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组开展常规康复护理,观察组开展早期康复护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理前,两组的足部功能评分、Bohler角、Gissane角无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的足部功能评分高于对照组,Bohler角大于对照组,Gissane角小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理在跟骨骨折手术患者中的应用效果较好,可促使足部功能恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with calcaneal fracture after surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with calcaneal fracture after surgery in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Routine rehabilitation nursing was carried out in the control group and early rehabilitation nursing was carried out in the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in foot function score,Bohler angle and Gissane angle between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the foot function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the Bohler angle was larger than that of the control group,and the Gissane angle was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing applied in patients with calcaneal fracture after surgery has a good effect,which can promote the recovery of foot function,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
