信息交互结合积极心理干预用于超声引导下甲状腺穿刺活检患者中的临床价值

Clinical value of information interaction combined with active psychological intervention in patients with ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsy

目的探讨信息交互结合积极心理干预用于超声引导下甲状腺穿刺活检患者中的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月收治的150例行超声引导下甲状腺穿刺活检的患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施信息交互结合积极心理干预。比较两组患者干预前、后的血流动力学指标、心境状态、穿刺结果。结果干预后,观察组的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)均较对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、疲乏-迟钝评分均较对照组低,精力-活力评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组标本取材成功率、诊断准确率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论信息交互结合积极心理干预用于超声引导下甲状腺穿刺活检患者中可减轻应激反应,改善其心境状态,提高穿刺效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of information interaction combined with active psychological intervention in patients with ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsy.Methods A total of 150 cases of ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsy patients who were admitted from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented information interaction combined with active psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamics indexes,mood state and puncture results of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,the diastolic blood pressure(DBP),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and heart rate(HR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of tension-anxiety,depression-depression and fatigue-retardation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of energy-vitality was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of specimen collection and diagnostic accuracy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Information interaction combined with active psychological intervention applied in patients with ultrasound-guided thyroid biopsy can reduce stress response,improve their mood state and the puncture effect,which is worthy of promotion.
