常态审核改进血站献血场所疫情防控效果分析

Analysis of the effect of normal audit and improvement of epidemic prevention and control in blood donation places

目的统计分析我站献血点疫情期间不合格项,验证疫情防控措施的合理性、有效性。方法运用常态审核对我站疫情防控措施进行验证,用Excel表对2019—2020年待整改项和抽检数据进行分析。结果疫情防控主要分布在安全卫生条款,2019年41例不合格,占比12.65%;2020年62例不合格,占比21.16%,其中上半年48例,占比24.74%,下半年14例,占比14.14%,减少明显。采取疫情防控措施后大部分采血点不合格项有所减少。血制品、手卫生、献血者手臂抽检符合要求,采血环境、紫外线灯管强度不合格,经增加抽检频次,更换紫外线灯管后合格。将疫情防控内容纳入体系,进行全员培训,同质化管理,取得了良好效果,确保了疫情防控零感染。结论通过常态审核,可不断调整与改进献血流程,持续改进质量管理体系,据此采取的疫情防控措施安全有效。

Objective To statistically analyze the unqualified items of blood donation sites in our station during the epidemic period,and verify the rationality and effectiveness of epidemic prevention and control measures.Methods The normal audit was used to verify the epidemic prevention and control measures of our station,and the data to be rectified and random inspections from 2019 to 2020 were analyzed with Excel tables.Results The epidemic prevention and control are mainly distributed in the safety and health provisions.In 2019,there were 41 cases,accounting for 12.65%;in 2020,there were 62 cases,accounting for 21.16%,48 cases in the first half of the year,accounting for 24.74%,and 14 cases in the second half of the year,accounting for 14.14%,with a significant reduction.The unqualified items in most blood donation sites decreased after taking the epidemic prevention and control measures.The blood products,hand hygiene and blood donors'arm sampling met the requirements.The blood sampling environment and intensity of the ultraviolet lamp were unqualified,but which were qualified after increasing the sampling frequency and replacing the ultraviolet lamp.Good results were achieved and zero infection in epidemic prevention and control was ensured by incorporating the content of epidemic prevention and control into the system,and conducting full-staff training and homogeneous management.Conclusion Through normal audit,the blood donation process can be continuously adjusted and improved,the quality management system can be continuously improved.The epidemic prevention and control measures taken accordingly are safe and effective.
