摘要
目的探讨患者参与患者安全(PFPS)管理质量指标体系在临床实践中的应用效果。方法以PFPS管理质量指标体系为工具,按照品管圈活动步骤在临床工作中开展现状调查,分析患者参与安全管理不到位的要因,针对要因拟定对策,实施对策并进行跟踪评价与督导,对策实施完毕再次使用PFPS管理质量指标体系评价患者参与安全管理的参与率。结果对策实施完毕,患者参与的有形性、参与的可靠性、参与的保证性、参与的响应性、参与的移情性、参与的延续性均有了提升。患者参与安全管理的参与率由33.74%上升至80.20%,目标达成率为111.84%。实施后组的意外拔管、烫伤、跌倒、药物外渗、血栓发生率低于实施前组(P<0.05)。结论PFPS管理质量指标体系可帮助科室做好患者参与安全管理工作,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of management quality index system of patients for patient safety(PFPS)in clinical practice.Methods PFPS management quality index system as a tool was used to investigate the current situation in clinical work according to the activity steps of quality control circle,the main reasons for patients'participation in safety management was not in place were analyzed.Countermeasures were formulated according to the main reasons.Countermeasures were implemented,tracked,evaluated and supervised.The PFPS management quality index system was used to evaluate the participation rate of patients'participation in safety management after implementation of countermeasures.Results After implementation of countermeasures,the tangibility,reliability,assurance,responsiveness,empathy and continuity of patients'participation were improved.The participation rate of patients'participation in safety management increased from 33.74% to 80.20%,and the goal achievement rate was 111.84%.The incidences of accidental extubation,scald,fall,drug extravasation and thrombosis in the post-implementation group were lower than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).Conclusion PFPS management quality index system can help departments do a good job in patients'participation in safety management,reduce the incidence of adverse events.
